Devin Gmitter
Director of Video Production
Transitioning from years of service within a large global corporation, Devin redirected his marketing prowess into the dynamic realm of creative endeavors—a space defined by free-spirited innovation intertwined with authentic storytelling.
As a director, he stands out for his ability to lead and navigate the intricacies of video projects. Devin brings to the table a wealth of technical expertise in video production on a budget, coupled with a keen understanding of visually presenting subject matter in a way that captivates audiences.
In 2022, his directorial talent was showcased in a short documentary film highlighting Fivefork Farms which explored the highs and lows of building a family run agricultural business in the harsh realities of the New England landscape. The film earned recognition as an official selection at the prestigious Houston Asian American Pacific Islander Film Festival.

agency that creates bespoke video and photography for brands
and businesses of all sizes. We handle everything from creative strategy and storyboarding through shoot execution and final asset delivery — giving clients a single, experienced partner for the
full arc of a production.
what types of photography do you produce?
We produce commercial photography across a wide range of categories: product, fashion, lifestyle, food and beverage, corporate, and emerging enterprise. Every engagement is managed end-to-end including concept development, shoot planning, talent casting, location scouting, art direction, and delivery.
do you offer video production?
Yes. We have full in-house video production capabilities including creative direction, shooting, editing, and drone operations (FAA certified). Video can be produced as a standalone engagement or integrated alongside a photo shoot to maximize content capture and efficiency.
what size clients do you work with?
All sizes. We’ve produced for emerging startups and major corporations alike, including Acushnet Company (parent of Titleist and FootJoy), Brahmin Handbags, MariMed Inc., and NoSolo Headwear. The work is always scaled and budgeted to fit the client’s objectives.
what if we already have a creative direction and/or a creative team?
Great! We love to run with an existing vision. If your internal team or agency has already set the creative tone, we can step in and execute. If you’re starting from scratch, we’re equally happy to help build the strategy from the ground up.
how does the process work?
We work in three phases. Development covers creative strategy, storyboarding, shoot planning, team building, location scouting, and talent casting. Production is shoot day: art direction, crew coordination, video capture, and smooth execution. Post-production handles the finish line: editing, retouching, asset management, and delivery. We can engage at any phase, or all three.

We’re based outside Boston, Massachusetts and serve clients throughout New England locally. We also love to travel and embrace the challenge of executing projects nationally and internationally — wherever the right backdrop and brief take us.
